Terms

Orders shipped COD (money order or certified check), VISA, MasterCard, or Cash in Advance until credit is established.
Customers pre-approved for open account: Net 30 days.
Minimum billing is $30.00 or one full carton, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to limit shipments and add a 2% finance charge for any account with a balance in excess of 30 days.
An NSF check requires a $25.00 processing fee and places the account on COD cash only basis.
Payments accepted in U.S. funds only.

Shipping And Returns

All orders are shipped FOB our factory via UPS or truck. Please advise us of any special shipping requirements.
Handling charges: UPS $1.50 per case. Truck $15.00 per skid.
Unusual shapes or oversized items requiring special or heavy packing will result in an additional charge of $10.00 per carton.
Drop shipments $7.50.
Damage in transit must be noted on the carrier's documents upon delivery. We will assist you in filing your claim, however we assume no liability for damage in transit.
Shortages or claims for defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
Please obtain prior approval and RA # for any return to assure proper crediting of your account. A 20% restocking charge may be applied.

Discounts

You may combine stock catalog products in full carton quantities to qualify for best price. An additional 5% discount applies to any order over $5,000.00 net billing exclusive of freight one shipment.

Custom Products

Custom products (any non-catalog item) can be made to your specifications. These items require receipt of a 50°/o deposit before manufacturing is begun and may not be combined with stock catalog products for discount. Custom product orders may not be canceled once production is begun, are subject to 5% overrun, and may not be returned.

Guarantee

Our products are manufactured on modern wood working equipment to high standards of quality. We proudly warrant them to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you experience a problem, we will replace the product or credit your account at our option. Our liability for defective products is limited to their replacement. This catalog and price list replace all previous. Due to changing market demands, the availability of current products are subject to change without notice. ©Smith Wood Specialties.
